The Issuer shall get the Debentures listed on wholesale debt market segment of the NSE within 20 (twenty) days from the Deemed Date of Allotment.
The Company shall provide the Debenture Trustee (for the benefit of the Debenture Holders) with a certificate from an independent chartered accountant within 60 (sixty) days from the Deemed Date of Allotment certifying (i) the end-use of the Investment Amount and that it has been utilized for the Purpose.
