Database Rights definition

Database Rights means any rights in databases under the laws of the United States or any other jurisdiction, whether registered or unregistered, and any applications for registration thereof.
Database Rights means rights other than copyright resulting from Directive 96/9/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 11 March 1996 on the legal protection of databases, as amended and/or succeeded, as well as other essentially equivalent rights anywhere in the world.
Database Rights means as rights in databases are defined in s.3A of Part 1 Chapter 1 of the Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988.

More Definitions of Database Rights

Database Rights has the meaning set forth in the definition ofIntellectual Property Rights” in this Section 1.1.
Database Rights means any statutory rights in databases and data collections.
