Data Updates definition

Data Updates means updates to the Data Products provided at the frequency set forth in the Order or Documentation during the term set forth in the Order, where upon delivery to Licensee, the Data Update becomes part of the Data Product; 「データ更新」とは、注文書に記載された期間中に注文書またはドキュメントに記載された頻度で提供されるデータ製品の更新を意味します。データ更新は、被許諾者への提供時に、データ製品の一部となります。

  • Client Software means software that allows a Device to access or utilize the services or functionality provided by the Server Software.
