Data Sharing Protocol. (or the “DSP”) means the set of principles detailed in Schedule 4 which govern the processes and practicalities of information sharing between the Authority and the Sponsor.

  • The Parties shall review this Agreement (and the Parties’ activities under and in connection with this Agreement) on the date and frequency specified in paragraph 12 of Schedule 1 (Data Sharing Protocol).

  • HSE will conform to its Data Sharing Protocol in handling any information passed to it from HWW.

Does Not Meet Standard School is currently in default of financial obligations.

  • Participating Prescription Drug Provider means an independent retail Pharmacy, chain of retail Pharmacies, mail-order Pharmacy or specialty drug Pharmacy which has entered into an agreement to provide pharmaceutical services to participants in the benefit program.
