Data Security Standards means the data security standards issued by the applicable Card Brand, PCI and/or Moneris, including Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (“PCI DSS”), Payment Application Data Security Standard (“PA DSS”) and PIN Transaction Security Standard (PTS), which are made available at xxxxx://xxx.xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx, or as we may advise you of in writing from time to time, as each data security standard may be amended, supplemented or otherwise modified by the Card Brand, PCI or us from time to time.
Data Security Standards has the meaning given in Section 7.1.
Data Security Standards means the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards maintained by the PCI Security Standards Council, LLC or any successor organization or entity.

Data Security Standards means the data security standards mandated by the Card Schemes for the protection of the Cardholder details and Transaction information (including the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards (PCI-DSS) and the Payment Application Data Security Standard (PA-DSS), issued by the Payment Card Industry Security Standards Council, as amended from time to time), and any additional standards of which Global advises Billzy from time to time.
Data Security Standards means the industry standard administrative, technical, and physical safeguards and controls consistent with NIST Special Publication 800-53 and Federal Information Processing Standards 200 and including, but not limited to, those promulgated under HIPAA and HITECH, as well as the specific provisions specified in Exhibit F [Security Policies], and such other applicable SOV policies as may be implemented during the Term of the MSA, including policies, procedures and practices agreed upon between CGI and Supplier.
Data Security Standards or “DSS” means Humly’s data security standard as applied from time to time, as further detailed in Clause 9.

The standards cover the entire transaction cycle, focusing on key areas such as access control, authentication, firewalls, virus protection, patch management, data disposal, encryption and physical security.
Data Security Standards means all data security requirements, including, but not limited to, PCI-DSS; the Visa Cardholder Information Security program, the Mastercard Site Data Protection Program, the Discover Network Information Security and Compliance program, the American Express Data Security Requirements (SDR), Sponsor Bank(s) data security requirements, and other programs or requirements that may be published, amended, and or mandated by the Payment Networks and a Sponsor Bank.
