Data Room definition

Data Room means the virtual data room maintained by the Liquidator, created for the Qualified Bidders to access information in relation to the Company;

Data Room has the meaning set forth in Section 1.2.

Examples of Data Room in a sentence

• Upon receipt thereof, the Certificate Administrator shall promptly upload the contents of each Diligence File to the Secure Data Room.

• Upon receipt of such certification, the Certificate Administrator shall grant the Asset Representations Reviewer access to the Secure Data Room.

• For the avoidance of doubt, the Certificate Administrator shall be under no obligation to post any documents to the Secure Data Room other than the contents of the Diligence Files initially delivered to it by the Depositor with respect to each Mortgage Loan Seller.

• Upon receipt of an Asset Review Notice, the Asset Representations Reviewer shall request access to the Secure Data Room by providing the Certificate Administrator with a certification substantially in the form attached hereto as Exhibit KK.

• In no case whatsoever shall Certificateholders be permitted to access the Secure Data Room.

More Definitions of Data Room

Data Room means the virtual data room created and maintained by the Liquidator for Qualified Bidder(s) to conduct the due diligence and to access the information & documents in relation to the Corporate Debtor under the terms of the Confidentiality Undertaking.

Data Room means the Data Room relating to the Assets comprising the information made available to the Buyer and its advisers referred to in the Disclosure Letter;

Data Room means the electronic documentation site established by Xxxxxxx Datasite on behalf of the Seller containing documents related to the Company; “De Minimis Claim” — See Section 7.4(b)(i);

Data Room means the Sellers’ virtual data room established at xxxxxxxx.xxxxxxxxxx.xxx in connection with the transactions contemplated by this Agreement.
