Data Retention definition

Data Retention means the continued storage of Customer Data, for compliance or business reasons;

Data Retention means each contracting party shall make a full backup copy of each database and file system daily and retain each such daily backup copy for seven (7) days. The backup copy will be stored in other location than original data.
