Data Requestor definition

Data Requestor means a Person that requests data that is not a Participant.
Data Requestor means the person submitting a Patient Count Query, Feasibility Query, or Research Project. Such researcher shall only be a Qualified Faculty or Affiliate Investigator.
Data Requestor means an entity requesting clinical data pursuant to an approved ROI Use Case.

  • Data Requestor agrees that research publications arising from the use of the Aggregate Response will contain only aggregate data that does not specifically identify any Individual whose data or information is received pursuant to this Agreement unless a specific authorization is obtained from the Individual.

  • The term “Patient Count Query” means a direct query of the Research Repositories of one or more Requested Participants for De-identified Information in the form of patient counts necessary for a Data Requestor to generate a hypothesis and/or determine if a Research Project is feasible within the GPC.

  • Data Requestor acknowledges that violation of this Agreement may subject him/her to sanctions including but not limited to loss of the privilege to perform any type of research using the GPC System in the future and/or institutional disciplinary action.

Data Requestor. The individual requesting and using confidential or implied confidential IDPH data.
