Data Protection Authority definition

Data Protection Authority means an independent public authority that is legally tasked with overseeing compliance with applicable data protection laws.
Data Protection Authority. Means the relevant and applicable supervisory data protection authority in the member state or other territory where a Party to this Data Processing Addendum is established or has identified as its lead supervisory authority, or otherwise has jurisdiction over a Party to this Data Protection Addendum.
