Data Protection Addendum definition

Data Protection Addendum means the data protection addendum available at xxxxx://xxx.xxxx.xxx/en- gb/legal/terms-and-conditions/product-and-service-terms- and-conditions/data-protection-addendum/ as may be amended from time to time which, together with this agreement, comprise the Agreement and form your instructions to us as Data Processor;

Data Protection Addendum means the Data Protection Addendum set out in Schedule 4 of this Agreement;

Data Protection Addendum or “DPA” means the then-current data protection addendum as set forth within the applicable Schedule.

• In the event of any conflict or inconsistency among the following documents, the order of precedence will be: (1) the applicable Order Form(s), (2) the Twilio Data Protection Addendum, (3) the terms set forth in the body of this Twilio Terms of Service, (4) the Twilio Acceptable Use Policy, (5) any other terms incorporated by reference herein or any other exhibits or attachments hereto, and (6) the applicable Documentation.

• If there are inconsistencies between the various terms and conditions that make up these terms, the order of precedence will be as follows to resolve those inconsistencies: (1) any order forms; (2) our Data Protection Addendum; (3) the terms set forth in the body of these Terms of Service; (4) our Acceptable Use Policy, including our service and country specific terms; (5) any other terms and conditions incorporated into these terms; and (6) our published documentation on our website.

• We or our affiliates can use your data in order to provide you with our services according to our obligations in these terms and the terms of our Data Protection Addendum.

More Definitions of Data Protection Addendum

Data Protection Addendum means the Data Protection Addendum to these Purchase Order Conditions.

Data Protection Addendum means to the extent applicable, an agreement annexed hereto between Ntrepid and Customer that establishes the circumstances under which Ntrepid, as a Service Provider, may Process Personal Data of Customer in accordance with applicable data privacy and data protection laws. For purposes of the preceding sentence, the terms “Process,” “Service Provider,” and “Applicable Law” shall have the meaning set forth in the Data Protection Addendum.

Data Protection Addendum means Limelight’s Data Protection Addendum, located at xxx.xxxxxxxxx.xxx/XXX, and which is incorporated by reference herein.

Data Protection Addendum or “DPA” means the Data Protection Addendum, currently available at xxx.xxxxxx.xxx/xxxx-xxxxxxxxxx-xxxxxxxx/, which Aryaka may update from time to time without notice, and which is incorporated herein by this reference and made a part of this Agreement.

Data Protection Addendum or “DPA” means the provisions detailed in Schedule D hereto.

Data Protection Addendum means the document of that name available at xxxxx://xx.xxxxxxx.xxx or otherwise on request from DB Cargo (as amended from time to time);

Data Protection Addendum means the latest version of the data protection addendum, that is applicable to the particular Cloud Services, details of which are available on the FluidStack Platform;
