Data Products definition

Data Products means StreetLight’s proprietary compilations of geospatial materials created from StreetLight’s data analytics technology platform and software (StreetLight Route Science® and StreetLight Insight®) including but not limited to polygons, attributes, latitudes/longitudes, and metrics (which are inherently subjective and may contain errors).
Data Products means certain Veeva proprietary datasets ordered by Customer via one or more Order Forms.
Data Products means the computer desktops, notebooks, printers and peripherals of the general type included in the inventory of Sellers as of the Balance Sheet Date.

Examples of Data Products in a sentence

  • Each Order Form will specify the specific Software and Data Products ordered and the fees and payment terms for use of the Software and Data Products.

  • Customer’s users of the Software or Data Products shall be individual human beings and may be employees, consultants, contractors or agents of Customer or a Customer Affiliate.

  • Customer may match Data Products with Customer or third-party proprietary data for the sole benefit of Customer during the applicable Subscription Term and for Transition Matching.

  • Customer may access and use the Data Products for Transition Matching by Customer subject to Customer’s adherence to Veeva’s transition matching rules which specify that the Data Products may not be used to improve or enhance a third-party dataset (detailed matching rules will be provided upon request).

  • Notwithstanding the foregoing, “Confidential Information” shall not include (i) information which is or becomes publicly known through no act or omission of the receiving party, or (ii) information gained by the receiving party independent of the disclosing party; provided that Customer agrees that Data Products will be held in confidence by Customer pursuant to the confidentiality obligations of this Agreement regardless of whether certain elements of the Data Products are otherwise publicly available.


More Definitions of Data Products

Data Products means products created by processing Data.
Data Products or “Data” means all databases, data sets and other collections of information licensed from FAIR Health under this Agreement.
Data Products means the data products / services described in section 5 of these Terms and Conditions.

Data Products means any equipment or service used in private telecommunications networks for the transport of data, voice or video under the following technologies: Ethernet, Token Ring, MAN, WAN, HDLC, SDLC, SNA, X.25, Frame Relay, X.400, ATM, Gigabit Ethernet, Fast Ethernet or any new technology that replaces it or arrives in the future. 3Com, Newbridge, Cisco, Sun Microsystems, Bay Networks, Nortel Magellan and Hewlett Packard are examples of Data Product manufacturers. Data Products also includes all workstations, servers, software, components and any element for their operation or monitoring of such equipment. Provided, however, that any wiring and related products dedicated only for voice shall not be included in Data Products.
