Data Processors definition

Data Processors means a natural or legal person, public authority, agency or other body which processes Personal Data on behalf of the Data Controller;
Data Processors means any Third Party service providers, software developers, outsourcers, or others to which Company or its Subsidiaries engage and allow access to Personal Data or IT Assets (including, for clarity, all information and transactions stored or contained therein or transmitted thereby).
Data Processors or “Service Providers” shall mean any natural or legal person who processes the data on behalf of the Data Controller. We may use the services of various Service Providers in order to process your data more effectively.

  • Personal Data may also be known by individuals belonging to the categories of consultants and/or employees of the Data Controller or Data Processors themselves in their capacity as persons in charge of the processing — and within the limits of the activities assigned and carried by them.

Data Processors means any data processor described in Section 7.8 of the Prospectus.
