Data Privacy Framework means the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, the UK-U.S. extension to the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework and the Swiss-US Data Privacy Framework as set forth by the U.S. Department of Commerce.

Data Privacy Framework means the mechanism for the transfer of personal data between the European Union and the United States based on the European Commission's decision of 10 July 2023 (C/2023/4745) on the adequacy of data protection in the United States.
