Data Portability means the ability to move data among different repositories, by the use of technology that is readily available on the market and commonly used in the sector.

Data Portability means the right of the data subject to obtain data that a data controller holds on them, and such data is in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format, and to re-use it for their own purposes.
Data Portability is amended to read, as follows: “Operator shall, at the request of the LEA, make Data available including Pupil Generated Content in a readily accessible format, provided such content is severable from the service.” Article II.7 under “Subprocessors” is amended to read, as follows: “All Subprocessor used by the Operator to perform functions pursuant to the Service Agreement shall be identified in Exhibit E. In the absence of written request, data shall be automatically deleted after an account inactivity period of eighteen (18) months. Operator will provide LEA at least 30 days written notice prior to any deletion and provide LEA with the opportunity to download the LEA’s data. The LEA will have the ability to download names, responses, results and grades obtained by students in their assignments (i.e., student gradebooks) at any point prior to deletion.
