Data page definition

Data page means the page or pages in a policy or certificate that provide the specific data for the insured detailing the coverage provided and may be titled by the insurer as policy specifications, policy schedule, policy information, etc.
Data page means the page or pages in a contract or certificate that provide the specific data for the annuitant detailing the coverage provided and may be titled by the insurer as contract specifications, contract schedule, policy information, etc.

If no page is specified on the face hereof, the Designated CMT Telerate Page shall be 7052, for the most recent week.

  • Online Services Terms means the additional terms that apply to Customer’s use of Online Services published on the Licensing Site and updated from time to time.

  • Pricing Page means the pages, contained in wvOASIS or attached as Exhibit A, upon which Vendor should list its proposed price for the Contract Items.

  • Designated CMT Reuters Page means the display on Reuters, or any successor service, on the page designated on the face hereof or any other page as may replace that page on that service for the purpose of displaying Treasury Constant Maturities as reported in H.15(519). If no Reuters page is specified on the face hereof, the Designated CMT Reuters Page shall be FEDCMT, for the most recent week.

  • LIBOR Page means either: (1) if “LIBOR Reuters” is specified on the face hereof, the display on the Reuter Monitor Money Rates Service (or any successor service) on the page specified on the face hereof (or any other page as may replace that page on that service) for the purpose of displaying the London interbank rates of major banks for the LIBOR Currency; or (2) if “LIBOR Moneyline Telerate” is specified on the face hereof or neither “LIBOR Reuters” nor “LIBOR Moneyline Telerate” is specified on the face hereof as the method for calculating LIBOR, the display on Moneyline Telerate (or any successor service) on the page specified on the face hereof (or any other page as may replace such page on such service) for the purpose of displaying the London interbank rates of major banks for the LIBOR Currency.

  • Reuters Screen US PRIME1 Page means the display designated as page “US PRIME1” on the Reuters Monitor Money Rates Service (or such other page as may replace the US PRIME1 page on that service for the purpose of displaying prime rates or base lending rates of major United States banks).

  • Data Terms Website means hxxx://xxxxxxxxx.xxx/xxxxxxxx/assetservicing/vendoragreement.pdf or any successor website the address of which is provided by the Custodian to the Fund.

  • Reuters Screen USPRIME 1 Page means the display designated as page "USPRIME 1" on the Reuters Monitor Money Rates Service, or any successor service, or any other page as may replace the USPRIME 1 Page on that service for the purpose of displaying prime rates or base lending rates of major United States banks.

  • Data Log means a complete record of all Data Interchanged representing the Messages and their Associated Data between the parties;

  • Bloomberg Screen GCAN5YR Page means the display designated as page “GCAN5YR<INDEX>” on the Bloomberg Financial L.P. service (or such other page as may replace the GCAN5YR page on that service) for purposes of displaying Government of Canada bond yields.

  • Tier 3 Wire Centers means those Qwest Wire Centers that do not meet the criteria for Tier 1 or Tier 2 Wire Centers.

  • Telerate Page means the display on Bridge Telerate, Inc., or any successor service, on the page or pages specified on the face hereof, or any replacement page or pages on that service.

  • Page means such page, section, caption, column or other part of a particular information service as may be specified for the purpose of providing a Relevant Rate, or such other page, section, caption, column or other part as may replace it on that information service or on such other information service, in each case as may be nominated by the person or organisation providing or sponsoring the information appearing there for the purpose of displaying rates or prices comparable to that Relevant Rate.

  • Data set means an identifiable collection of data;

  • Tier 1 Wire Centers means those CenturyLink Wire Centers that contain at least four (4) Fiber- based Collocators, at least thirty-eight thousand (38,000) Business Lines, or both. Tier 1 Wire Centers also are those CenturyLink tandem switching locations that have no line-side switching facilities, but nevertheless serve as a point of traffic aggregation accessible by CLEC. Once a Wire Center is determined to be a Tier 1 Wire Center, that Wire Center is not subject to later reclassification as a Tier 2 or Tier 3 Wire Center.

  • Tier 2 Wire Centers means those CenturyLink Wire Centers that are not Tier 1 Wire Centers, but contain at least three (3) Fiber-based Collocators, at least twenty-four thousand (24,000) Business Lines, or both. Once a Wire Center is determined to be a Tier 2 Wire Center, that Wire Center is not subject to later reclassification as a Tier 3 Wire Center.
