Data Interface definition

Data Interface means those protocols and formats provided by MLS GRID for use by Participant, Vendor and other licensees of the MLS GRID Data to access the MLS GRID Data as well as any of MLS GRID’s owned or licensed digital assets or Data Hub used to provide the MLS GRID Data, as may be changed by MLS GRID in its sole discretion.
Data Interface. The transport protocols and data storage formats provided by DR for use by Firm, Salesperson Party, and Consultant; DR may modify the Data Interface in its sole discretion from time to time. Firm-Related Persons: Consultant, if any, and employees of Firm who are not Salespersons or broker/managers. Firm Internal Use: Any use of those portions of the DR Data relating to Firm’s own listings; and any use of those portions of the DR Data relating to listings of Participants other than Firm that exposes DR Data only to Firm-Related Persons and to Salespersons affiliated with Firm, subject to the DR Policies. IDX: Use and display of portions of the DR Data under the Internet Data Exchange provisions of the DR Policies.
Data Interface. The transport protocols and data storage formats provided by Maine Listings for use by Participant Party and Consultants; Maine Listings may modify the Data Interface in its sole discretion from time to time. Days: Days shall mean Business Days defined as excluding Saturdays, Sundays and any observed Maine State/Federal holidays. Deadlines expressed as a specific date shall end at 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time on such date. IDX: Use and display of portions of the Maine Listings Data under the Internet Data Exchange provisions of the Maine Listings Policies. Mobile Applications: Any displays of IDX data authorized by Maine Listings Policies and listed in Exhibit A that are not web sites. “Mobile Applications” does not include mass media display of Maine Listings Data. Maine Listings Data: Data relating to real estate for sale, previously sold, or listed for sale, and to Maine Listings Participants (including text, photographs, and all other data formats now known or hereafter invented) entered into Maine Listings’s databases by Maine Listings Participants and Maine Listings, or on their behalf. Maine Listings Policies: Maine Listings’s Rules and Regulations, as amended from time to time, and any operating policies promulgated by Maine Listings. Policies is inclusive of all fees, fines and penalties outlined in the Maine Listings Rules and Regulations, as amended from time to time.

Examples of Data Interface in a sentence

  • RANW MLS may amend this agreement by providing 30 days’ advance notice of the amendment to all other parties; if any party continues to use the Data Interface or the RANW MLS Data after the expiration of the 30-day notice period, that party will be deemed to have agreed to the terms as amended.

  • By selecting those usage options selected by the Vendor and Participant via the Data Interface and submitting this Agreement via the Data Interface, Vendor and Participant each agree (i) to accept and be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement and (ii) that this Agreement constitutes a legally binding agreement between Vendor, Participant and MLS Grid.

  • The Data Interface and access to the MLS GRID Data, may from time-to-time be interrupted or unavailable, whether because of technical failures, intentional downtime for service, changes to the Data Interface or MLS GRID Data, or otherwise.

  • Any interruption of or inability to access the Data Interface or MLS GRID Data shall not constitute a breach or default by MLS GRID under this Agreement and MLS GRID shall have no liability to Participant or Vendor in connection therewith.

  • MLS GRID is not responsible for providing technical support for the Data Interface or the MLS GRID Data, though MLS GRID may provide technical support in its sole discretion.


More Definitions of Data Interface

Data Interface means the proprietary software Point2 employs to process the Licensed Data from Content Providers and distribute the Licensed Data to recipients engaged in the business of providing listing advertising services to real estate professionals.
Data Interface means an application programming interface or other type of technology interface designed to be used to consume training from E.T.A.

IDX: Use and display of portions of the KAAR Data under the Internet Data Exchange provisions of the KAAR Policies. KAAR Data: Data relating to real estate for sale, previously sold, or listed for sale, and to KAAR Participants (including text, photographs, and all other data formats now known or hereafter invented) entered into KAAR’s databases by KAAR Participants and KAAR, or on their behalf.
Data Interface. The transport protocols and data storage formats provided by ETNR for use by Firm, Licensee Party, and Third Party Vendor; ETNR may modify the Data Interface in its sole discretion from time to time.

Licensed Data: That subset of the ARMLS Data consisting solely of the data entered into the ARMLS databases at any time and from time to time by Licensee, in Licensee's capacity as listing broker, with respect to Licensee's own listings.
