Additionally as part of Her Majesty’s Government, the Home Office must process personal data in compliance with both the mandatory requirements set out in the Communications Electronic Security Group (CESG) Handling Personal Data Guidance May 2013 (Annex C) and the Security Policy Framework (SPF) issued by HM Cabinet Office April 2014 when handling, transferring, storing, accessing or destroying information assets.
