Data Feeds definition

Data Feeds means a transmission of Market Data via the Data Feed(s) checked or indicated as applicable on Schedule B with respect to a Data Recipient.
Data Feeds has the meaning set forth in Section 5.1, below.
Data Feeds has the meaning set forth in Section 3.1, below.

  • All intellectual property rights and other rights in business data and information inputted to or generated by the use of the System, other than from the Data Feeds and the Customer Data Feed, belongs to Kadfire but Kadfire will provide the Customer with Standard Reports and, on request, Further Reports on the terms set out in clause 7.


More Definitions of Data Feeds

Data Feeds means National Rail Enquiries data feeds and any other data or information sets agreed to be sourced by Kadfire on behalf of the Customer for integration with the System.
Data Feeds means the Software, Hardware, Systems, processes, procedures or methods used to transmit, transfer or otherwise provide Data in connection with the Services;

Related to Data Feeds

  • Integrated Services Digital Network (ISDN) means a switched network service that provides end-to-end digital connectivity for the simultaneous transmission of voice and data. Basic Rate Interface-ISDN (BRI-ISDN) provides for a digital transmission of two 64 Kbps bearer channels and one 16 Kbps data channel (2B+D).

  • BT Network means the communications network owned or leased by BT and used to provide a Service.

  • ACH Network means the funds transfer system, governed by the NACHA Rules, that provides funds transfer services to participating financial institutions.
