Data Center Services definition

Data Center Services means all services that are industry accepted data center infrastructure services including operating systems and environment provisioning and hosting of multi-platforms (i.e., IBM, UNIX, Unisys, Linux, and Windows), data management and storage, tape and backup services, integration services, etc.

Data Center Services means the services specified in Exhibit A-3.

Data Center Services means the Services described in Section 6 of Schedule 4.3 – Operational Services.

Examples of Data Center Services in a sentence

• In the event that Customer orders additional Internet Data Center Services, billing for such services shall commence on the date Exodus first provides such additional Internet Data Center Services to Customer or as otherwise agreed to by Customer and Exodus.

• Customer will be billed monthly in advance of the provision of Internet Data Center Services, and payment of such fees will be due within thirty (30) days of the date of each Exodus invoice.

• Customer may not at any time permit any Internet Data Center Services to be utilized for the provision of any services that compete with any Exodus services, without Exodus' prior written consent.

• Customer acknowledges that Exodus exercises no control whatsoever over the content of the information passing through its sites containing the Customer Area and equipment and facilities used by Exodus to provide Internet Data Center Services ("Internet Data Centers"), and that it is the sole responsibility of Customer to ensure that the information it transmits and receives complies with all applicable laws and regulations.

• If in its judgment Exodus determines that Customer is not creditworthy or is otherwise not financially secure, Exodus may, upon written notice to Customer, modify the payment terms to require full payment before the provision of Internet Data Center Services or other assurances to secure Customer's payment obligations hereunder.

More Definitions of Data Center Services

Data Center Services means the data services provided to CLIENT by AU as further set forth in a SOW executed by both parties and attached and incorporated hereto which may include without limitation data analysis, machine learning, and artificial intelligence and is performed and/or delivered via AU’s proprietary systems, data analytics platforms and/or Third-Party Products. “Managed Services” means the managed services provided to CLIENT by AU as further set forth in a SOW executed by both parties and attached and incorporated hereto which may include without limitation the remote and on-site management of CLIENT’s technology infrastructure and end-user support. “Connectivity” means the connectivity services provided to CLIENT by AU as further set forth in an SOW executed by both parties and attached and incorporated hereto which may include without limitation internet and private network bandwidth, fiber transport and ‘VoIP’ services. “Cloud Services” means the cloud services provided to CLIENT by AU as further set forth in an SOW executed by both parties and attached and incorporated hereto which may include without limitation data protection services, security services, network services, and virtual server resources hosted in a shared infrastructure environment. “SaaS Services” means the software-as- a-service platform developed by AU or a third party and provided to CLIENT, as further set forth in a SOW executed by both parties attached hereto and incorporated herein. “Hardware” means the hardware and/or equipment provided by AU to CLIENT, as further set forth in a SOW executed by both parties attached hereto and incorporated herein. Neither party will have any obligation with respect to any draft SOW unless and until it is executed by the parties. Except as otherwise provided herein, if any of the terms and/or conditions of this Agreement conflict with any of the terms and/or conditions of any SOW, the terms and/or conditions of such SOW will control solely with respect to the Services and/or Hardware covered under such SOW.

Data Center Services means the Services provided by IBM pursuant to Schedule A-2, including mainframe, midrange and server Services.

Data Center Services or “DCS” means the program managed by DIR that supports the consolidation of the computer environments of Texas agencies and includes the following service offerings: public and private cloud; print, mail, and digitization services; mainframe services; technology solutions services; and security operations.

Data Center Services means the activities required to deliver the Production and includes the operation of the Computer Systems, Help Desk, and technical support services.

Data Center Services. (or ‘Services’) shall mean the collective term of services such as space, power, and cooling provided by Data Center Service Providers to Customers to host servers, network components, storage equipment etc.

Data Center Services means custom rack layout design, configuration, and supply for large enterprise IT solutions, consisting of large banks of computer servers and digital information storage and networking equipment, with custom cabling, power and cooling, in each case, within data center racks and/or mobile or containerized data centers; testing and deployment, including onsite installation and network set-up, of completed data center racks and/or mobile or containerized data centers.
