Data and Documentation definition

Data and Documentation means that data and documentation deliverable by Contractor pursuant to the requirements of Exhibit 1.

Data and Documentation means that data and documentation to be supplied by Contractor pursuant to the requirements of Exhibit D (Data and Documentation).

Data and Documentation means the information to be provided by the Contractor in accordance with Exhibit A, Annex 2, Deliverable Document List.

• Contractor represents and warrants that the Data and Documentation to be furnished hereunder shall be free from Defects.

• This warranty shall begin on the date of Final Acceptance of the last portion of the Data and Documentation to achieve Final Acceptance and run for a period of one (1) year.

• The Work further includes: (i) Contractor's performance of the activities set forth in Exhibit E (Network Testing and Acceptance Criteria) of the Contract; and (ii) Contractor's delivery to Owner of all Data and Documentation described in Exhibit D (Data and Documentation) of the Contract.

• Any Data and Documentation furnished to Customer shall be accompanied by written notice from Contractor specifying that portion of the Data and Documentation being furnished.

• If at any time a prior Affiliate of OPC no longer meets the definition of an Affiliate or should cease to exist, such prior Affiliate shall immediately return to OPC all CRC Owned Data and Documentation in its possession and deliver a certificate from an authorized officer stating that such delivery comprises and includes all CRC Owned Data and Documentation previously in its possession, and such prior Affiliate shall cease to have the right to exploit such CRC Owned Data and Documentation.

More Definitions of Data and Documentation

Data and Documentation means that data and documentation to be supplied by Contractor pursuant to the requirements of Exhibit B (SOW).

Data and Documentation means any and all sales and use tax returns,bills, invoices, schedules, vouchers, receipts, cancelled checks, statements, and other documents reasonably required by Vernon or Santa Fe Springs to evidence Local Sales Tax Revenues paid by a Retail Sales Office to Vernon or Santa Fe Springs.

Data and Documentation means that data and documentation to be supplied by the Contractor to ORION pursuant to the requirements of Part 2(A) (Statement of Work) and as specified in Part 2(B) (ORION 2 Contract Documentation Requirements List).
