Data Agent definition

Data Agent means the site-specific code that traverses a Data Source’s web pages or makes a direct, electronic connection to a Data Source to obtain data.
Data Agent means DV01 in its capacity as data agent under the Data Agent Agreement.

  • Data Supplier means a third party supplier of Market Data.

A Party shall also be deemed in Default upon such Party’s insolvency or the initiation of bankruptcy or receivership proceedings by or against the Party or the failure to obtain or maintain any certification(s) or authorization(s) from the Commission which are necessary or appropriate for a Party to exchange traffic or order any service, facility or arrangement under this Agreement, or notice from the Party that it has ceased doing business in this State or receipt of publicly available information that signifies the Party is no longer doing business in this State.

  • Network Provider means a provider of health care, or a group of providers of health care, which has entered into a written agreement with the issuer to provide benefits insured under a Medicare Select policy.

  • Information Service Traffic means Local Traffic or IntraLATA Toll Traffic which originates on a Telephone Exchange Service line and which is addressed to an information service provided over a Party's information services platform (e.g., 976).

  • Data Processor means an entity that processes Personal Data on behalf of a Data Controller.

  • Fiserv means Fiserv, Inc., a Wisconsin corporation.

  • Contractor Agents means Contractor's representatives, employees, officers, Subcontractors, as well as their employees, contractors, officers, and agents.

  • Data Importer means the processor who agrees to receive from the data exporter personal data intended for processing on his behalf after the transfer in accordance with his instructions and the terms of the Clauses and who is not subject to a third country’s system ensuring adequate protection within the meaning of Article 25(1) of EU Data Protection Laws 95/46/EC;

  • Verification Agent As defined in Section 3.28.

  • Information Provider means the person or organisation providing the Information under this licence.

  • Authorized User means one named employee, contractor or agent of Customer (each identified by a unique email address) for whom Customer has purchased a subscription to the Subscription Services and who is authorized by Customer to access and use the Services under the rights granted to Customer pursuant to this Agreement.
