Dash Application definition

Dash Application means the application(s) for mobile devices (available for download from an Appstore) offered, operated and maintained by or on behalf of TEPL from Singapore, whether jointly with any other banks or persons or otherwise, through which certain products, services and functionalities, as TEPL may determine from time to time at its sole and absolute discretion, are offered and may be accessed and used, and shall include any derivation or upgrade of such applications as may be made available by TEPL, whether jointly with any other banks or persons or otherwise, from time to time.

  • A Referrer may invite any number of Friends through the Dash Application to register for a new Dash Account under the Promotion.

  • Without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing, where a Transaction Request is submitted via SMS or the Dash Application, the completion and submission by the Customer of each procedural step of such Transaction Request shall be deemed to be the Customer’s confirmation and endorsement of the truthfulness, accuracy and completeness of all information provided by the Customer to SingCash in respect of such Transaction Request.

  • In addition, you agree to comply with Fave’s terms and conditions as well as any applicable Merchants’ terms and conditions when using the Dash Application and/or Services.
