Dark Archive means that access to content is limited to organizational custodians.

Dark Archive means the aggregation of Licensed Electronic Products provided by Wiley to the Dark Archive Responsible Entity (as defined below) for access by the Member Institutions and their Authorized Users solely in the event of a Trigger Event (as defined below).

  • IntraLATA LEC Toll means IntraLATA Toll traffic carried solely by a Local Exchange Carrier and not by an IXC. "IntraLATA Toll Traffic" describes IntraLATA Traffic outside the Local Calling Area.

  • Directory means a directory of certified minority business enterprises and women business enterprises maintained and published by a Certifying Entity.
