Damages Cap definition

Damages Cap has the meaning set forth in Section 16.02.
Damages Cap means the amount to which a personal injury claim is or would be reduced because of the operation of Subsection 63G-7-604(1)(a) or (d).
Damages Cap has the meaning given in Section 14.1.
