Damages definition

Damages means any loss, claim, damage, liability, cost and expense (including, without limitation, reasonable attorneysfees and disbursements and costs and expenses of expert witnesses and investigation).

  • The Parties acknowledge and agree that irreparable harm would occur in the event that the Parties do not perform any provision of this Agreement in accordance with its specific terms or otherwise breach this Agreement and the remedies at law for any breach or threatened breach of this Agreement, including monetary damages, are inadequate compensation for any Damages.
