Damaged Products means Products which are damaged during shipment to Customers which prevent them from being used for their intended purpose; and

All DOA returns must be 100% complete, contain ALL original boxes and packing material, have original UPC codes on the manufacturers packaging, contain all blank warranty cards, accessories and documentation provided by the manufacturer. Incomplete DOA returns will be subject to a minimum 50% restocking fee. Damaged Products means Products that either have a manufacturing defect or have been damaged during handling or, in the case of Returned Products, may have been damaged by the Client’s Customers.
