Damaged Portion definition

Damaged Portion has the meaning set forth in Section 6.8(b).
Damaged Portion means a portion that has been mashed, physically or mechanically injured, misshaped or mutilated to the extent that its appearance is materially affected. The amount of damage is measured by using a grid composed of squares ¼ inch (that is, squares with an area of 1/16 square inch each) to measure the area of the portion affected. Deductions are not made for damage less than 1/16 square inch.
Damaged Portion means a PB1 Damaged Portion, PB2 Damaged Portion, PB3 Damaged Portion, PB4 Damaged Portion or the Common Facilities Damaged Portion, as applicable.

Examples of Damaged Portion in a sentence

  • We will pay for the replacement or repair of the Damaged portion to a condition as good as, but not better or more extensive than, its condition when new.However, We will not pay more than We would have done if the property has been completely destroyed.

  • Where Property Insured is Damaged in part only: The repair of the Damage and the restoration of the Damaged portion of the Property Insured to a condition substantially the same as, but not better or more extensive than, its condition when new, and including demolition or destruction of sound property necessary for the purpose of Reinstatement or Replacement.

Damaged Portion has the meaning specified in Section 2.06(a) of this “Deposit Escrow Account” means an escrow account established at X.X. Xxxxxx Trust Company, National Association, pursuant to the Deposit Escrow Agreement.

  • Casualty Loss has the meaning set forth in Section 5.06.

  • Partial Condemnation means any Condemnation which does not constitute a Termination Event.

  • Total Premiums Paid means total of all the premiums received, excluding any extra premium, any rider premium and taxes.

  • SF1-4 Intrinsic Loss Estimate means total losses under this Single Family Shared-Loss Agreement in the amount of eighteen million dollars ($18,000,000.00).

  • Casualty Value means the market value of the Equipment at the end of the Term or when in relation to a Total Loss, the market value the Equipment would have had at the end of the Term but for the Total Loss. The Casualty Value may be less than but will not be more than the original purchase price of the Equipment.

  • Intrinsic Loss Estimate means total losses under the shared loss agreements in the amount of One hundred Sixty-eight million dollars ($168,000,000.00).

  • Partial Loss means any Physical Damage loss which is not a Total Loss.

  • Untenantable means that Tenant shall be unable to occupy and shall not be occupying the Premises or the applicable portion thereof for the conduct of business ordinarily conducted in the Premises as a result of the Casualty.

  • Severe property damage means substantial physical damage to property, damage to the treatment facilities which would cause them to become inoperable, or substantial and permanent loss of natural resources which can reasonably be expected to occur in the absence of a bypass. Severe property damage does not mean economic loss caused by delays in production.

  • Base Flood Elevation (BFE means a determination of the water surface elevations of the base flood as published in the Flood Insurance Study. When the BFE has not been provided in a “Special Flood Hazard Area”, it may be obtained from engineering studies available from a Federal, State, or other source using FEMA approved engineering methodologies. This elevation, when combined with the “Freeboard”, establishes the “Regulatory Flood Protection Elevation”.

  • Base flood elevation (BFE) means the elevation shown on the Flood Insurance Rate Map for Zones AE, AH, A1-30, VE and V1-V30 that indicates the water surface elevation resulting from a flood that has a 1-percent or greater chance of being equaled or exceeded in any given year.

  • Extra Premium means an additional amount charged by Us, as per Our Underwriting Policy, which is determined on the basis of disclosures made by You in the Proposal Form or any other information received by Us including medical examination report of the Life Insured.

  • Planned special exposure means an infrequent exposure to radiation, separate from and in addition to the annual occupational dose limits.

  • Premises Building Partial Damage shall herein mean damage or destruction to the building of which the Premises are a part to the extent that the cost of repair is less than 50% of the then replacement cost of such building as a whole.

  • Special Hazard Loss Any Realized Loss suffered by a Mortgaged Property on account of direct physical loss, but not including (i) any loss of a type covered by a hazard insurance policy or a flood insurance policy required to be maintained with respect to such Mortgaged Property pursuant to Section 3.10 to the extent of the amount of such loss covered thereby, or (ii) any loss caused by or resulting from:

  • Casualty Amount means five hundred thousand Dollars (USD500,000) (or the equivalent in any other currency);

  • Insurance Amount has the meaning set forth in Section 6.08(c).

  • Partial Prepayment Amount means the amount required to prepay a portion of the Annual Special Tax obligation for an Assessor’s Parcel as described in Section H.

  • Premises Partial Damage means damage or destruction to the improvements on the Premises, other than Lessee Owned Alterations and Utility Installations, the repair cost of which damage or destruction is less than 50% of the then Replacement Cost of the Premises immediately prior to such damage or destruction, excluding from such calculation the value of the land and Lessee Owned Alterations and Utility Installations.

  • Flood Elevation Determination means a determination by the Administrator of the water surface elevations of the base flood, that is, the flood level that has a one percent or greater chance of occurrence in any given year.
