Damage Cover definition

Damage Cover means the cover You and an Authorised Driver have for Damage, theft, attempted theft and Third Party Loss under clause 8, subject to the Damage Cover Exclusions in clause 9.
Damage Cover means products You may purchase at the Start of Rental at an additional cost to reduce Your excess liability.
Damage Cover means comprehensive insurance cover for the theft of or Damage to the Vehicle and any Claims made against you or an Approved Driver for any Loss (up to $35,000,000) to another person’s property arising out of your use of the Vehicle.

More Definitions of Damage Cover

Damage Cover means the optional waiver of liability for payment by the Customer for damaged Equipment as set out in clause 8.
Damage Cover means the indemnity provided by Horizon’s third party insurer for Covered Incidents. Extensive Cleaning means the Extensive Cleaning Fee stated in the Booking Form. Fee Fair Wear and Tear means the normal and minor deterioration of the Hire Equipment directly resulting from their use strictly in accordance with this agreement, and does not limit the Hirer’s obligation to return the Hire Equipment in a clean state. Fees Flat Cleaning Fees Hire Equipment Hirer, you, your Horizon Late Charge Laws has the meaning set out in the Booking Form. means the Standard Cleaning Fee and the Extensive Cleaning Fee. means the Caravan and the Camping Equipment. means the person who hires the Hire Equipment from Horizon, as named as such in the Booking Form. means the Trustee for the Horizon Trust ABN 48 602 478 915. means the amount set out in the Booking Form as the amount payable if the Hire Equipment is returned late. If not amount is set out in the Booking Form, the Late Charge is the pro rata daily rate calculated based on the Fees paid. means any applicable statute, regulation, by-law, ordinance or subordinate legislation in force from time to time in the relevant jurisdiction(s) where the Hire Equipment is used and includes any industry codes of conduct. Off-Road Overhead Damage PPSA Rental Term Return Date Single Vehicle Accident Standard Cleaning Fee Start Date Third Party Loss Underbody Damage means any unsealed, dirt, or gravel roads, paths or areas, including but not limited to, beaches, sand dunes, rocky terrain, uneven terrain, corrugated tracks, or any place which would reasonably be considered not a road. means any Damage to the roof of the Caravan. means the Personal Property Securities Act 2009 (Cth) and PPS Register means the register established and maintained under that Act. means the period of Hire Equipment rental, starting from the Start Date, as set out in the Booking Form. has the meaning set out in the Booking Form. means an accident that only involves damage to one vehicle, and does not involve any other vehicle, including damage from hitting any other object or animal. means the Standard Cleaning Fee stated in the Booking Form. has the meaning set out in the Booking Form. means any damage or loss to any property owned by a third party, including the towing vehicle or any other motor vehicles and any claim for third party loss of income. means any Damage to the underside of the Caravan.
Damage Cover means the comprehensive insurance cover arranged by Idrive Rentals in relation any theft of or Damage to the Vehicle and any Claims made against you or an Approved Driver for any Loss (up to $10,000,000) to another person’s property arising out of your use of the Vehicle in accordance with the terms of this Agreement, but excludes cover for the matters specified in clause 19. Damage Liability Fee means the fee to settle or remedy any Loss, Damage, theft or Claim, if the Damage Cover is denied for any reason after such Loss, Damage, theft or Claim is assessed by Idrive Rentals or its Insurer. Driver Licence has the meaning given in clause 9.b.i.
Damage Cover means the cover You and any Authorised Driver have for Damage (excluding tyre punctures and windscreen damage) , theft, attempted theft and Third Party Loss under clause 9, subject to the Damage Cover Exclusions in clause 10. Damage/Loss Excess means the amount, including GST, up to which You must pay Us in the event of an Accident or attempted theft that causes Damage or Third Party Loss or the Vehicle has been stolen and not recovered. End of the Rental means the date and time shown in the Rental Agreement or the date and time the Vehicle is returned to Us, whichever is the later. GPS Tracking Device means a GPS or other device that is fitted to the Vehicle that has electronic tracking capabilities to determine its location and other data including diagnostics, speed and fuel levels. Loss of Use means Our loss calculated on a daily basis at the daily rate shown in the Rental Agreement because the Vehicle is being repaired or replaced if it is written off as a result of an Accident or it has been stolen.

Related to Damage Cover

  • Creditable coverage means, with respect to an individual, coverage of the individual provided under any of the following:

  • Damage means actual and/or physical damage to tangible property;

  • Serious bodily injury means bodily injury which involves a substantial risk of death, extreme physical pain, protracted obvious disfigurement or protracted loss or impairment of the function of a bodily member, organ or mental faculty.

  • Injury means accidental physical bodily harm excluding illness or disease solely and directly caused by external, violent and visible and evident means which is verified and certified by a Medical Practitioner.

  • Bodily injury means bodily injury, sickness or disease sustained by a person, including death resulting from any of these at any time.
