Damage Amount definition

Damage Amount shall have the meaning ascribed to such term in Section 2.1(d) hereof.

More Definitions of Damage Amount

Damage Amount means, with respect to any and all damage, destruction or condemnation covered by Section 5(e) in the aggregate, the amount equal to the actual damage, destruction or condemnation.
Damage Amount means the difference between (1) a property's estimated market value as determined on January 2, 2020, and (2) the property's estimated market value as determined under subdivision 4.
Damage Amount means, as of any time, the portion of the Additional Share Purchase Price not paid in cash by the Purchaser to the Company at such time. Notwithstanding anything in this Agreement or any of the other Transaction Documents to the contrary, if the Purchaser pays the Damage Amount, then the Company, simultaneously with such payment, will issue to the Purchaser all Additional Shares not theretofore issued by the Company to the Purchaser.
