Damage definition

Damage means actual and/or physical damage to tangible property;
Damage means: a. Bodily injury to, or other impairment of health of, or death of, any person; b. Damage to, loss of, or loss of use of any property; c. Loss of revenue or profits; or d. Other direct, indirect, or consequential Damage.
Damage means to cause a harmful change in the cellular structure of living tissue.

  • Coverage with minimum bodily injury and property damage per occurrence limits of $500,000 for coverages A (Bodily Injury and Property Damage) and B (Personal and Advertising Injury).

Damage means to destroy, alter, delete, add, modify or rearrange any computer resource by any means.
