Daily Value definition

Daily Value means the Net Asset Value (“NAV”) reported by such Fund to Schwab through the NSCC’s Mutual Fund Profile Service (the “Profile Service”) or, if the NAV is not available through the Profile Service, through the National Association of Securities Dealers, Inc. Automated Quotation System or other mutually agreeable means.
Daily Value. For any Valuation Date, (i) the product of (x) the Conversion Rate and (y) the lesser of (A) the VWAP Price and (B) the Cap Price, in each case on such Valuation Date divided by (ii) 75.
Daily Value means, with respect to a share of Company Stock, the closing reported sales price per share of Company Stock on the New York Stock Exchange Composite Tape, or if Company Stock is not traded on such stock exchange, the principal national securities exchange on which Company Stock is traded, or if not so traded, the mean between the highest bid and lowest asked quotation on the over-the-counter market as reported by the National Quotations Bureau, or any similar organization, on any relevant date, or if not so reported, as determined by the Committee in a manner consistently applied.

Examples of Daily Value in a sentence

  • For foods represented or purported to be for use by both infants and children under 4 years of age, the percent of Daily Value shall be presented by sepa- rate declarations according to para- graph (e) of this section based on the RDI values for infants from birth to 12 months of age and for children under 4 years of age.

  • Similarly, the percent of Daily Value based on both the RDI val- ues for pregnant women and for lac- tating women shall be declared sepa- rately on foods represented or pur- ported to be for use by both pregnant and lactating women.

  • When vitamins and minerals are arrayed horizontally, the statement of percent shall be pre- sented in parenthesis following the dec- laration of vitamin A and the percent DV of vitamin A in the food (e.g., ‘‘Percent Daily Value: Vitamin A 50 (90 percent as beta-carotene)’’).

  • If the product is for persons within more than one group, the percent of Daily Value for each group shall be presented in separate columns as shown in para- graph (e)(10)(ii) of this section.

  • A statement of the corrected amount of protein per serving, as de- termined in paragraph (c)(7)(ii) of this section, calculated as a percentage of the RDI or DRV for protein, as appro- priate, and expressed as Percent of Daily Value, may be placed on the label, except that such a statement shall be given if a protein claim is made for the product, or if the product is represented or purported to be for use by infants or children under 4 years of age.

Daily Value. For any Valuation Date for any Exercise Date, (i) the product of the Option Entitlement and the VWAP Price on such Valuation Date divided by (ii) the Number of Valuation Dates.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, during the Sale Period, the Daily Value shall equal 83.33% of the amount determined in the preceding sentence.
