Daily Trading Volume definition

Daily Trading Volume means on any given Trading Day the total volume of Common Stock traded on an Eligible Market as reported by Bloomberg L.P.
Daily Trading Volume means, in respect of a Share and of an Exchange Trading Day, the product of (i) the Closing Exchange Price of such Share and (ii) the volume traded (measured as a number of Share) of such Share on the Exchange during such Exchange Trading Day.

Daily Trading Volume means for any security the aggregate dollar value of all trades in such security on the principal securities exchange or trading market where such security is listed or traded for the entirety of a Trading Day as reported by Bloomberg (without regard to (i) pre-open or after-hours trading outside of any regular trading session for such Trading Day or (ii) block trades.
Daily Trading Volume means the average trading volume of the Common Stock as officially reported by the principal securities market in which the shares of Common Stock are listed or admitted for trading (including the Amex, Nasdaq Stock Market or the OTC Bulletin Board). The “Trading Limit” shall be reached if, prior to the referenced date, the Daily Trading Volume reaches or exceeds an average of 50,000 shares a day for 20 consecutive trading days. The Daily Trading Volume and Trading Limit shall be appropriately adjusted should the Company make a dividend or distribution, undergo a split or a reverse split or otherwise reclassify its shares of Common Stock.
