Daily Share Amount definition

Daily Share Amount means, with respect to any VWAP Trading Day, the quotient obtained by dividing (A) the excess, if any, of the Daily Conversion Value for such VWAP Trading Day over the applicable Daily Maximum Cash Amount by (B) the Daily VWAP for such VWAP Trading Day. For the avoidance of doubt, the Daily Share Amount will be zero for such VWAP Trading Day if such Daily Conversion Value does not exceed such Daily Maximum Cash Amount.
Daily Share Amount means, with respect to any VWAP Trading Day, the quotient obtained by dividing (a) the excess, if any, of the Daily Conversion Value for such VWAP Trading Day over the applicable Daily Maximum Cash Amount by (b) the Daily VWAP for such VWAP Trading Day. For the avoidance of doubt, the Daily Share Amount will be zero for such VWAP Trading Day if such Daily Conversion Value does not exceed such Daily Maximum Cash Amount.
Daily Share Amount means, for each Trading Day of the applicable Conversion Reference Period, a number of shares of Common Stock (but in no event less than zero) equal to one-fortieth (1/40th) of the applicable Daily Conversion Rate.

More Definitions of Daily Share Amount

Daily Share Amount means, to the extent the Daily Conversion Value exceeds the Daily Measurement Value, (i) the difference between the Daily Conversion Value and the Daily Measurement Value, divided by (ii) the Daily VWAP of the Common Stock for such Trading Day.
