Daily Remittance definition

Daily Remittance is defined in Section 6.11(a) of the Servicing Agreement.
Daily Remittance has the meaning specified in Section 6.12(a).
Daily Remittance means all Estimated Environmental Control Charge Collections (from whatever source) and all proceeds of other collateral of the Issuer, if any, received by the Servicer and remitted each Servicer Business Day by the Servicer to the Indenture Trustee for deposit in the appropriate Collection Account, in accordance with Section 5.11(a) of the Servicing Agreement.

Examples of Daily Remittance in a sentence

  • On each subsequent Business Day during the remainder of the Term, Utility shall determine and remit to DWR or its Assign(s) the Daily Remittance Amount for such Business Day.

  • Daily Remittance Report shall have the meaning set forth in Section 4.2(b).

  • Daily Remittance Amount shall have the meaning set forth in Section 4.2(a).

  • On the day of such determination (the “Initial Remittance Date”), Utility shall remit to DWR or its Assign(s) the Daily Remittance Amount, if any, for each day from the Effective Date up to and including the Initial Remittance Date.

  • Each Remittance shall be accompanied by a Daily Remittance Report, substantially in the form set forth in Attachment C hereto.

  • Within one Business Day after the Effective Date, Utility shall determine the Daily Remittance Amount, consisting of Power Charges in the manner set forth in Attachment B hereto and Bond Charges and other amounts authorized to be collected pursuant to Applicable Law in a manner consistent with Applicable Law (the “Daily Remittance Amount”).

  • On each Utility Business Day within a Remittance Month, PG&E shall remit “Daily Remittance” of each Fund Type on each applicable Customer Type separately, which is the sum of (i) the Daily Remittance Amount (described below in this Section A) and (ii) other adjustment amounts that may arise from the Monthly Reconciliation (as described in Section B below) and/or the Final Reconciliation (as described in Section C below), all as such amounts relate to each Fund Type on the applicable Customer Type.

  • If such a Final Reconciliation Amount for any Fund Type on a Customer Type is negative, the Final Reconciliation Amount will be deducted from the subsequent Daily Remittance of the same Fund Type on the same Customer Type, commencing on the Reconciliation Date until such amounts are reimbursed.


More Definitions of Daily Remittance

Daily Remittance means the remittance of Securitization Charges to the General Subaccount of the Collection Account as described in Section 6.11(a) of the Servicing Agreement.

Related to Daily Remittance

  • Master Servicer Remittance Date With respect to any Distribution Date, the Business Day immediately preceding such Distribution Date.

  • Remittance Date With respect to each Distribution Date, the 18th day (or if such 18th day is not a Business Day, the first Business Day immediately following) of the month in which such Distribution Date occurs.

  • Servicer Business Day means any day other than a Saturday, a Sunday or a day on which banking institutions in Raleigh, North Carolina, Charlotte, North Carolina or New York, New York are authorized or obligated by law, regulation or executive order to be closed, on which the Servicer maintains normal office hours and conducts business.

  • Loan Combination Custodial Account means the “Loan Combination Custodial Account” or analogous account established for the Mortgage Loan pursuant to the Lead Securitization Servicing Agreement.
