Daily Quantities definition

Daily Quantities has the meaning set forth in Section 11.1B.

Examples of Daily Quantities in a sentence

  • At the Shipper’s request, GRTgaz shall provide the Shipper with the measurements taken pursuant to the Contract if these measurements are directly used to determine the Daily Quantities Taken Off or the Hourly or Daily Quantities Delivered.

  • Every Day, the Daily Exit Quantity on the Main Network for a specified Associated Exit Zone is equal to the sum of the Daily Quantities Delivered at the Delivery Points attached to this Exit Zone, as specified in Appendix 2 to the Contract, except at the Delivery Points where all or part of the Daily Delivery Capacity is Interruptible with short notice, as specified in Appendix 2 to the Contract.

  • A provisional quantity statement containing the Daily Quantities Taken Off, Transmitted and Delivered, for each Day from the first (1st) Day of the current Month shall be published simultaneously.

  • The provisional quantity statement is updated when the Daily Quantities Taken Off, the Daily Quantities Delivered, and the Daily Quantities Transmitted are revised.

  • At the latest on the tenth (10th) Working Day of Month M+1, GRTgaz shall notify the Shipper via the IT system of the values of the Daily Quantities Taken Off, Delivered and Transmitted that will be used for billing purposes, by means of the publication of a definitive quantity statement for Month M.

  • TAKEN OFF AND DELIVERED The Daily Quantities Taken Off, the Daily Quantities Delivered and the Daily Quantities Transmitted are determined in accordance with this Clause 9.

  • The Shipper sends the TSO its forecasts of Daily Quantities of Energy in accordance with the procedures provided in Appendix 3A.

  • At the request of the Shipper, the TSO agrees to make reasonable efforts to modify the Scheduled Daily Quantities for any Day D whatsoever in accordance with the procedures provided in the Operating Conditions (Appendix 3A).

  • A provisional quantity statement containing the Daily Quantities Taken Off, the Daily Quantities Transmitted and the Daily Quantities Delivered, modified as necessary, for each Day from the first (1st) Day of the current Month, shall be published simultaneously.

  • In the event of reduction of the Daily Capacities and the Hourly Capacities by the TSO in application of articles 10, 12 or 14 of the General Terms and Conditions, the Shipper’s balancing obligation remains in place as well as the payment corresponding to the Daily Quantities Allocated to the Purchase/Sale.

Related to Daily Quantities

  • Daily Quantity means the quantity of waste discharged during an operating day.

  • Maximum Daily Quantity means the daily volume of Gas or Liquids, expressed in 103m3, identified in a Shipper's Interruptible Transportation Service Agreement that Transporter agrees to receive from Shipper under Toll Schedule Interruptible Full Path Service, Toll Schedule Interruptible Receipt Service or Toll Schedule Interruptible Delivery Service, as applicable.

  • Daily Contract Quantity or “DCQ” means the quantity of Gas as set out in Clause 4.1 herein.

  • Type B quantity means a quantity of radioactive material greater than a Type A quantity.

  • Contract Quantity means the quantity of Gas to be delivered and taken as agreed to by the parties in a transaction.

  • Type A quantity means a quantity of radioactive material, the aggregate radioactivity of which does not exceed A1 for special form radioactive material or A2 for normal form radio- active material, where A1 and A2 are given in Appendix O or may be determined by procedures described in Appendix O.

  • Bill of Quantities means the priced and completed Bill of Quantities forming part of the tender.

  • SCHEDULE OF QUANTITIES, BILL OF QUANTITIES means the Schedule or Quantities as specified and forming part of contract.

  • MMBtu means one million British thermal units.

  • Required Quantity in a unit price Contract shall mean the actual quantity of any item of Work or materials which is required to be performed or furnished in order to comply with the Contract.

  • Scheduled Quantity means the net quantity of Gas (being the difference between receipt and delivery nominations) agreed by MDL and the Welded Party to pass through (or, in the case of a Notional Welded Point, be deemed to have passed through) the relevant Welded Point for a Day.

  • Bills of Quantities means the priced and completed Bill of Quantities forming part of the tender[where applicable].

  • Minimum Order Quantity means the minimum number of batches of a Product to be produced during the same cycle of manufacturing as set forth in a Product Agreement on Schedule B;

  • Delivery Point means the point(s) of connection(s) at which energy is delivered into the Grid System i.e. the Interconnection Point.

  • Delivery Points means: (i) for natural gas transported by interstate pipelines, the city gate stations of your Utility, and (ii) for electricity, one or more points at which Company, as your agent, has arranged for the delivery of electricity to a third party (such as your Utility) for your account or at your premises.

  • PRICED SCHEDULE OR QUANTITIES means the schedule duly priced.

  • Schedule of quantities means the schedule of quantities as specified and forming part of this contract.

  • tons means the gross tonnage calculated in accordance with the tonnage measurement regulations contained in Annex I of the International Convention on Tonnage Measurement of Ships, 1969; the word “tonnage” shall be construed accordingly.

  • Supply Point means the point of connection between the licensed network and your apparatus or equipment.

  • Committed Volume means, with respect to a Committed Shipper, the minimum daily volume of Crude Petroleum set out in Schedule A to the Committed Shipper’s TSA.

  • Feedstock means a solid waste that will readily decompose during the composting process including but not limited to yard waste, agricultural waste, animal waste, food scraps, animal carcasses, raw rendering material, and mixed solid waste.

  • Priced Schedule of Quantities means the schedule of quantities duly priced with the accepted quoted rates of the contractor.

  • Quantity means either tonnage or volume, depending on which term is the standard in the mining industry for the type of mineral;

  • The Schedule of Quantities means the schedule of quantities as specified and forming part of this contract.

  • Total hydrocarbons (THC) means the sum of all volatile compounds measurable by a flame ionization detector (FID).
