Daily Margin definition

Daily Margin means, for any day, the Per Annum Daily Margin on such day divided by 360.

  • Except as otherwise provided in Section 3.9, the unpaid principal amount of any Base Rate Advance shall bear interest at a fluctuating rate per annum equal to the Base Rate plus the weighted average of the Daily Margin for each day during the applicable period.
