Daily Fee definition

Daily Fee in relation to a Contractor means such amount as calculated by “Monthly Fee / 22 days”;
Daily Fee means the daily fee determined by the Council;
Daily Fee means a fee of $ 45,000 per Day for the period commencing October 1, 2000 and continuing through December 31, 2000, and a fee of $ 21,600 per Day for the period commencing January 1, 2001 and continuing through December 31, 2001. Daily Fee is defined in Clause 5.1(b).
