Subject to the terms and conditions of this Addendum, the Obligations under the Agreement shall bear interest at the Daily Adjusting LIBOR Rate, except during any period of time during which, in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Addendum, the Obligations under the Agreement shall bear interest at the Prime-based Rate.
