DACA Account definition

DACA Account has the meaning set forth in Section 4.1.
DACA Account means any deposit or other bank account of any Loan Party subject to a Deposit Account Control Agreement.
DACA Account means a bank account held by a Designated Subsidiary in the United States of America, in respect of which account such Designated Subsidiary has provided to the Collateral Agent a deposit account control agreement perfecting the Lien of the Security over such account in form and substance satisfactory to the Collateral Agent, acting reasonably.

  • Approved funds are advanced by Hilco UK (as defined below) or transferred from the DACA Account into the KeyBank Operating Account.

DACA Account means a bank account held by a Designated Subsidiary in the United States, in respect of which account such Designated Subsidiary has provided to the Collateral Agent a deposit account control agreement perfecting the Lien of the Security over such account in form and substance satisfactory to the Collateral Agent, acting reasonably.
DACA Account means that deposit account created pursuant to the DACA Agreement.
DACA Account means any deposit account or securities account of a US Loan Party with respect to which First Priority Representative has entered into a deposit account control agreement or a securities account control agreement for the purpose of obtaining control over such deposit account in accordance with Section 9-104(a)(2) or Section 8-106(d)(2) of the Uniform Commercial Code but in respect of which Second Priority Representative has not entered into such a deposit account control agreement or a securities account control agreement (and solely to the extent that the Uniform Commercial Code that is applicable to perfection of a security interest in such deposit account or securities account includes a provision substantially similar to Section 9-104(a)(5) or Section 8-106(d)(3) of the Uniform Commercial Code of the State of New York as in effect on the date hereof).
DACA Account substantially in the form set forth on Schedule B (the “Deposit Account Control Agreement”). Funds shall be distributed from the DACA Account in accordance with Section 3(d)(iii) of this Agreement, and the Deposit Account Control Agreement shall direct the Bank shall at all times during its term to accept disposition instructions solely from F8 without consent from Vendor.
DACA Account means the lockbox account established under Section 2(e).
