CVR Term definition

CVR Term means the period beginning on the Closing and ending fifteen (15) years thereafter.

CVR Term means the period beginning on the Closing and ending upon the third anniversary of this Agreement.

CVR Term means the period of time beginning on the Second Effective Time and ending on the date that is eighteen (18) months following the Second Effective Time.
