Customer's Responsibilities definition

Customer's Responsibilities. Document shall mean as set forth in Annex 3, "Customer's Responsibilities Document," hereto and made a part hereof.
Customer's Responsibilities means the responsibilities of the Customer as specified in Schedule 3.
Customer's Responsibilities means the responsibilities of the Customer described in Article VIII of the Main Agreement.

  • Corporate Social Responsibility means Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) as defined in Section 135 of the Companies Act, 2013 and Companies Corporate Social Responsibility Policy) Rules, 2014;

  • Scope of Services or “Scope of Work” means the work to be performed by the Proposer or Consultant as described in Section 2.0 of this RFP, as amended thereto.

  • Supplier’s Manager means a manager who at the relevant time carries such designation from the Supplier under, or in accordance with, ARTICLE 5;
