Examples of Customer’s Installation in a sentence
If the Trader's Equipment or the Customer’s Installation is damaged by the negligence or wilful act or omission of the Distributor or the Distributor's employees, agents, or invitees, the Distributor must pay the cost of making good the damage to the Trader or the Customer (as the case may be).
The Distributor must ensure that it and its employees, agents and invitees do not interfere with or damage the Trader's Equipment or the Customer’s Installation (including, without limitation, for a period of 6 months after termination of this Agreement) without the prior written consent of the Trader or the Customer (as the case may be) (except to the extent that emergency action has to be taken to protect the health or safety of persons or to prevent damage to property).
If the Customer is unable to remedy the situation within a reasonable time, the Company may require a Modification to be made to the Company’s Equipment and/or the Customer’s Installation.
Upon receipt by TM of all the supporting documents specified in Clause 5.3 hereof, TM shall consider Customer’s application and if approved, register the Customer’s application and verify and confirm availability of the Service at the Customer’s Installation Address as stated in the Application Form.
