Customer’s Installation definition

Customer’s Installation means an Electrical Installation and includes Distributed Generation, if Distributed Generation is connected to a Customer's Installation; "Customer’s Premises" means the land and buildings owned or occupied by a Customer, and any land over which the Customer has an easement or right to pass electricity, including:

• If the Trader's Equipment or the Customer’s Installation is damaged by the negligence or wilful act or omission of the Distributor or the Distributor's employees, agents, or invitees, the Distributor must pay the cost of making good the damage to the Trader or the Customer (as the case may be).

• The Distributor must ensure that it and its employees, agents and invitees do not interfere with or damage the Trader's Equipment or the Customer’s Installation (including, without limitation, for a period of 6 months after termination of this Agreement) without the prior written consent of the Trader or the Customer (as the case may be) (except to the extent that emergency action has to be taken to protect the health or safety of persons or to prevent damage to property).

• If the Customer is unable to remedy the situation within a reasonable time, the Company may require a Modification to be made to the Company’s Equipment and/or the Customer’s Installation.

• Upon receipt by TM of all the supporting documents specified in Clause 5.3 hereof, TM shall consider Customer’s application and if approved, register the Customer’s application and verify and confirm availability of the Service at the Customer’s Installation Address as stated in the Application Form.

More Definitions of Customer’s Installation

Customer’s Installation means any structures, equipment, lines, appliances or devices (not being the Company’s Equipment) used, or to be used, at the Premises (whether or not owned or used by the Customer);

Customer’s Installation means any structures, equipment, lines, appliances or devices used or to be used by a Customer and connected or to be connected directly or indirectly to the Distribution System.
