Customer Zone definition

Customer Zone means a set of devices and Services through which customer services and remote access resources are provided via the Internet and mobile applications. The Customer Zones enables users to obtain general information and information regarding toll data collection for a specific Customer, to handle queries, suggestions, requests and claims, to pay Toll-related payments, including Deposits. Personalised information provided in a secure manner based on User authentication;
Customer Zone means Customer tenant space on the Cloud Platform in which Customer stores Customer Data, including Customer’s internal computer systems, servers, etc. through which it accesses the xStream portal to log in to the Customer Zone.
Customer Zone means virtual computing resources available for Customer’s use and operation.

  • For logging in the Customer Zone the User can use the delivered credentials or the electronic identification tool.

  • Electronic Invoices are available for the Vehicle Operator via the Customer Zone.

  • If unauthorised disclosure to a third party or other misuse of information in question occurs, the System Operator shall be entitled to immediately suspend access of the Vehicle Operator to the Customer Zone.

  • Customer User means an employee of Customer, a Customer Affiliate or Business Partner.

  • END USER CUSTOMER LOCATION means the physical location of the premises where an End User makes use of the telecommunications services.

  • Customer System means the Customer's computing environment (consisting of hardware, software and/or telecommunications networks or equipment) used by the Customer or the Supplier in connection with this Contract which is owned by or licensed to the Customer by a third party and which interfaces with the Supplier System or which is necessary for the Customer to receive the Services;

  • Customer Care Centre means a department or a section or a facility established under sub-regulation (1) of regulation 25 by the distributor of television for addressing service requests, answering queries, recording of complaints, and redressal of grievances of consumers, by telephonic or electronic means or by any other means.

  • Customer Usage Data means the Telecommunications Services usage data of a CLEC End User measured in minutes, sub-minute increments, message units, or otherwise, that is recorded by SBC-13STATE and forwarded to CLEC.

  • Customer Proprietary Network Information (“CPNI”) is as defined in the Act.

  • End User Customer means a third party retail Customer that subscribes to a Telecommunications Service provided by either of the Parties or by another Carrier or by two (2) or more Carriers.

  • Supplier/Contractor means the individual, firm or company with whom the contract has been concluded for supplying the Goods and Services under the Contract. The Supplier/Contractor shall be deemed to include its successors (approved by the purchaser), representatives, heirs, executors, administrators and permitted;

  • Contractor Software means software which is proprietary to the Contractor, including software which is or will be used by the Contractor for the purposes of providing the Services.

  • Carrier Access Billing System (“CABS”) is the system which is defined in a document prepared under the direction of the Billing Committee of the OBF. The CABS document is published by Telcordia in Volumes 1, 1A, 2, 3, 3A, 4 and 5 as Special Reports SR-OPT-001868, SR-OPT-0011869, SR-OPT-001871, SR-OPT- 001872, SR-OPT-001873, SR-OPT-001874, and SR-OPT-001875, respectively, and contains the recommended guidelines for the billing of access and other connectivity services. Sprint’s carrier access billing system is its Carrier Access Support System (CASS). CASS mirrors the requirements of CABS.

  • Supplier System means the information and communications technology system used by the Supplier in performing the Services including the Software, the Equipment and related cabling (but excluding the Customer System);

  • Customer means the State agency or other entity identified in a contract as the party to receive commodities or contractual services pursuant to a contract or that orders commodities or contractual services via purchase order or other contractual instrument from the Contractor under the Contract. The “Customer” may also be the “Buyer” as defined in the PUR 1001 if it meets the definition of both terms.

  • Customer information systems means any methods used to access, collect, store, use, transmit, protect, or dispose of customer in- formation.

  • Customer Application means an application or any set of applications that adds primary and significant functionality to the Embedded Capabilities and that is not primarily a substitute for any portion of Microsoft Power BI services.
