Customer Use definition

Customer Use means use in the Field, specifically excluding any use that (i) is not in accordance with the Product’s Specifications or Documentation, (ii) requires grants of rights or a license to Application Specific IP or Affiliate Application Specific IP, (iii) is a re-use of a previously used Consumable, (iv) is the disassembling, reverse-engineering, reverse-compiling, or reverse-assembling of the Product, (v) is the separation, extraction, or isolation of components of Consumables or other unauthorized analysis of the Consumables, (vi) gains access to or determines the methods of operation of the Product, (vii) is the use of a non-Illumina reagent/consumable with Illumina Hardware (unless the Specifications or Documentation state otherwise), or (viii) is the transfer to a third-party of, or sub-licensing of, Software or third-party software.

More Definitions of Customer Use

Related to Customer Use

  • Customer User means an employee of Customer, a Customer Affiliate or Business Partner.

  • Customer Software means software which is owned by or licensed to the Customer;

  • Customer System means the Customer's computing environment (consisting of hardware, software and/or telecommunications networks or equipment) used by the Customer or the Supplier in connection with this Contract which is owned by or licensed to the Customer by a third party and which interfaces with the Supplier System or which is necessary for the Customer to receive the Services;

  • END USER CUSTOMER LOCATION means the physical location of the premises where an End User makes use of the telecommunications services.

  • Customer Technology means Customer's proprietary technology, including Customer's Internet operations design, content, software tools, hardware designs, algorithms, software (in source and object forms), user interface designs, architecture, class libraries, objects and documentation (both printed and electronic), know-how, trade secrets and any related intellectual property rights throughout the world (whether owned by Customer or licensed to Customer from a third party) and also including any derivatives, improvements, enhancements or extensions of Customer Technology conceived, reduced to practice, or developed during the term of this Agreement by Customer.

  • Customer Usage Data means the Telecommunications Services usage data of a CLEC End User measured in minutes, sub-minute increments, message units, or otherwise, that is recorded by SBC-13STATE and forwarded to CLEC.

  • Customer Equipment means hardware, software, systems, cabling and facilities provided by you and used in conjunction with the Equipment that we supply to you in order to receive the Services;

Notwithstanding the foregoing, Business Software expressly excludes any and all Excluded IP.

  • data user means a natural or legal person who has lawful access to certain personal or non-personal data and is authorised to use that data for commercial or non-commercial purposes;

  • Customer Facility means Generation Facilities or Merchant Transmission Facilities interconnected with or added to the Transmission System pursuant to an Interconnection Request under Subpart A of Tariff, Part IV. Customer Interconnection Facilities:

  • Users mean individuals who are authorized by Customer to use the Subscription Service, subject to the terms of this Agreement, and have been supplied user identifications and passwords by Customer.   • Licensed Software includes error corrections, upgrades, enhancements or new releases, and any deliverables due under a maintenance or service contract (e.g., patches, fixes, PTFs, programs, code or data conversion, or custom programming).

  • End User Data means any information or data of any kind that personally identifies (or that can be used, together with other information or data, to personally identify) an End User.
