Customer Usage Data definition

Customer Usage Data means the Telecommunications Services usage data of a CLEC End User measured in minutes, sub-minute increments, message units, or otherwise, that is recorded by SBC-13STATE and forwarded to CLEC.
Customer Usage Data means the Telecommunications Service usage data of CLEC’s Customer, measured in minutes, sub-minute increments, message units or otherwise, that is recorded by CenturyLink AMA equipment and forwarded to CLEC.

  • Customer is responsible and liable for: (a) Users’ use of the Spellbook AI Platform, including without limitation unauthorized User conduct and any User conduct that would violate the requirements of this Agreement applicable to Customer; (b) any use of the Spellbook AI Platform through Customer’s account, whether authorized or unauthorized; and (c) allowing Customer Usage Data to be analyzed by the Spellbook AI Platform.

  • Rally must use Customer Usage Data in certain ways to power the processing of the Spellbook AI platform, including passing contract text uploaded by Customer through OpenAI’s developed AI models that can understand and generate natural language.


More Definitions of Customer Usage Data

Customer Usage Data means the Telecommunications Services usage data of a CLEC End User measured in minutes, sub-minute increments, message units, or otherwise, that is recorded by AT&T-13STATE and forwarded to CLEC.

Customer Usage Data means Service usage data collected and processed by Company in connection with the provision of the Services, including without limitation data used to identify the source and destination of a communication, activity logs, and data used to optimize and maintain performance of the Services, and to investigate and prevent system abuse.
