Customer Type means a type of customer or other person in respect of whom the AML/CTF Legislation sets specific compulsory minimum KYC information collection and verification requirements.   • Customer User means an employee of Customer, a Customer Affiliate or Business Partner.

  • Customer Systems means the Customer's information technology infrastructure, including computers, software, hardware, databases, electronic systems (including database management systems), and networks, whether operated by Customer or through the use of third-party services.

  • Customer Contract means any written contract or agreement (other than trade contracts) between Seller and any of its customers (or under which Seller has rights) which has been entered into and signed by the parties thereto in connection with the publication of the Directories and corresponding provision of Directory Services.
