Customer Responsibilities definition

Customer Responsibilities means the responsibilities of the Customer set out in Call Off Schedule 4 (Implementation Plan) and any other responsibilities of the Customer in the Call Off Order Form or agreed in writing between the Parties from time to time in connection with this Call Off Contract;

Customer Responsibilities means the responsibilities of the Customer set out in paragraph 5.1 of the Order Form;
Customer Responsibilities means the responsibilities of the Customer set out in Call Off Schedule 4 (Project Plan) and any other responsibilities of the Customer in the Call Off Order Form or agreed in writing between the Parties from time to time in connection with this Call Off Contract; "Customer's Confidential Information" means:a) all Personal Data and any information, however it is conveyed, that relates to the business, affairs, developments, property rights, trade secrets, Know-How and IPR of the Customer (including all Customer Background IPR and Project Specific IPR);b) any other information clearly designated as being confidential (whether or not it is marked "confidential") or which ought reasonably be considered confidential which comes (or has come) to the Customer’s attention or into the Customer’s possession in connection with this Call Off Contract; andc) information derived from any of the above; “DPA” means the Data Protection Act 2018 as amended from time to time; “Data Protection Legislation” means:i) the GDPR, the LED and any applicable national implementing Laws as amended from time to time;ii) the DPA to the extent that it relates to processing of personal data and privacy;iii) all applicable Law about the processing of personal data and privacy; “Data Protection Officer” has the meaning given in the GDPR; "Data Subject" has the meaning given in the GDPR; "Data Subject Access Request" means a request made by, or on behalf of, a Data Subject in accordance with rights granted pursuant to the Data Protection Legislation to access their Personal Data; “Deductions" means allDelay Payments or any other deduction which the Customer is paid or is payable under this Call Off Contract; "Default" means any breach of the obligations of the Supplier (including but not limited to including abandonment of this Call Off Contract in breach of its terms) or any other default (including material Default), act, omission, negligence or statement of the Supplier, of its Sub-Contractors or any

Customer Responsibilities. CUSTOMER has sole responsibility for installation, testing, and operation of facilities, services, and equipment other than those specifically provided by TELECOM under a duly accepted CD. In no event will the untimely installation or non-operation of CUSTOMER's facilities, services, and equipment (including local exchange access and customer premise equipment) relieve CUSTOMER of its obligation to pay charges for Capacity or Ancillary Service as of the In Service Date. Notwithstanding the immediately preceding sentence, CUSTOMER may request one extension of the In Service Date for not more than thirty (30) calendar days. Such requests for extension of local exchange access together with the interexchange portion of the Service must be in writing and must be received by TELECOM at least ten (10) calendar days prior to the initial FOC Date established by TELECOM. Written requests for extension of the In Service Date for the interexchange portion only must be and must be received by TELECOM at least five (5) calendar days prior to the initial FOC Date established by TELECOM. Any such extension will not relieve CUSTOMER of its obligations to pay charges for any local access services ordered by TELECOM on behalf of CUSTOMER as of the FOC Date first established by TELECOM.
Customer Responsibilities means the specific actions and obligations that Customer must fulfill in order for Orange to provide the Deliverables and meet the Delivery Schedule, as identified in Clause 1.2 (Customer Responsibilities) and in a SOW.
