Customer Resources definition

Customer Resources means Customer’s information, documents, systems, software, workspace, network access and telephone connections and similar resources available to Customer.
Customer Resources means Customer-utilized systems, content or materials (including those licensed from Third Parties, or purchased or developed by Customer) that may be, as applicable, integrated with a Cox Product or transmitted, uploaded or otherwise submitted to a Cox Product.
Customer Resources. Any or all of Customer’s data, applications Customer’s or third party’s, equipment, including any remote computers and devices, and any wireless or wired Internet connection and network.

Examples of Customer Resources in a sentence

  • Customer is responsible for End Users’ use of Customer Resources and the Services.

  • Optum acknowledges and agrees that the Customer Resources remain the sole property of Customer and its licensors.

  • Customer will provide personnel as described in the Customer Resources table below.

  • If Customer becomes aware of any violation of its obligations under this Agreement by an End User, Customer will immediately suspend access to Customer Resources and the Services by such End User.


More Definitions of Customer Resources

Customer Resources means, the Customer Content delivered to Optum by Customer.
