Customer Receipts definition

Customer Receipts means any and all payments received from Customers in respect of Receivables.
Customer Receipts means payments of Accounts received by Borrower or for Borrower's account.
Customer Receipts means any and all payments from customers of the Borrower or any Guarantor, including, without limitation, payments in respect of Genius Receivables (including Blockbuster Revenue Sharing Payments) and payments in respect of Xxxxxxxxx Receivables (including Blockbuster Revenue Sharing Payments).

  • The Borrower agrees that if the Borrower receives any Customer Receipts prior to such Customer Receipts being disbursed from the Central Lockbox Account as described below, the Borrower shall cause such Customer Receipts to be deposited in the Central Lockbox Account within 2 Business Days after the Borrower’s receipt of such Customer Receipts.

  • The Administrative Agent agrees that if the Administrative Agent receives any Customer Receipts prior to such Customer Receipts being disbursed from the Central Lockbox Account as described below, the Administrative Agent shall promptly cause such Customer Receipts to be deposited in the Central Lockbox Account.

  • The parties hereto agree, upon demand by TWC or the Administrative Agent, to submit to binding arbitration all claims, disputes and controversies between or among them relating to the allocation and disbursement of Customer Receipts pursuant to Section 2(b).

  • Customer User means an employee of Customer, a Customer Affiliate or Business Partner.

  • Customer Lists We hereby agree that we shall not use any list of your customers which may be obtained in connection with this Agreement for the purpose of solicitation of any product or service without your express written consent.   • End User Customer means a third party retail Customer that subscribes to a Telecommunications Service provided by either of the Parties or by another Carrier or by two (2) or more Carriers.

  • Catalog means the available list of tangible personal property or services, in the most current listing, regardless of date, during the life of the contract, that takes the form of a catalog, price list, schedule, shelf price or other form that:

  • Business Customer means a customer who is not a residential customer.

  • Customer Support means the services by which 21Vianet may provide assistance to Customer to resolve issues with the Services.
