Customer Properties definition

Customer Properties means Customer’s devices owned and operated by (or for the benefit of) Customer through which Customer uses the Services.
Customer Properties means mobile applications and websites owned, operated, developed, or licensed by you.
Customer Properties includes Customer’s websites, infrastructure, networks, mobile applications, or other systems, as well as Customer accounts on Third- Party Services.

More Definitions of Customer Properties

Customer Properties has the meaning given in Clause 7.9. Customer Provider means a contracted supplier of products or services to Customer that Customer elects to use in connection with its use, receipt or purchase of the Cutover Services (including, as applicable, any integration partner engaged by Customer). Cutover Entity means either (as applicable), Godesic Limited or Cutover Inc. Cutover Services means, collectively (as applicable), the Subscription Service, CSIT Services, Professional Services, Additional Services, Integrations and any other products and services agreed between the parties to be delivered by Cutover to Customer as set out in any Order Form. Data Protection Law means all applicable data protection and privacy laws, including the UK Data Protection Act 2018 (as amended), the GDPR, the UK GDPR, and any other applicable data protection or privacy legislation or regulation relating to the provision of the Cutover Services to Customer. Disclosing Party has the meaning given in Clause 7.1.
Customer Properties means Customer’s Devices, applications, files owned and operated by (or for the benefit of) Customer through which Customer uses the Services to manage their account and Devices. “Data” means any and all data and information, in any form or medium, that is collected, downloaded, uploaded or otherwise received, directly or indirectly, by or through the Services, including any data or information derived or processed by the Services based on a User’s use of and/or access to the Services.
Customer Properties has the meaning given in Clause 7.9. Customer Provider means a contracted supplier of products or services to Customer that Customer elects to use in connection with its use, receipt or purchase of the Cutover Services (including, as applicable, any integration partner engaged by Customer). Cutover Services means, collectively (as applicable), the Subscription Service, Documentation, Developer API, provision of Ancillary Software, and the associated services to be provided by Cutover in accordance with the terms of this Agreement (including as set out in Clause 1.2). Cutover Service has the corresponding meaning.
Customer Properties means any software, websites, APIs (application programming interfaces) or other products made or owned by Customer that may include or interface with one or more Products.
Customer Properties means the real estate properties owned or managed by Customer and with respect to which Swivel is generating the Deliverables.
